Week 7
The first interview I have conducted was not really a success, but it was a start anyway, watching it during my video editing make me realize how noisy and how her voice was too law to be heard.I think I did good in asking the questions and trying to ask some follow up question whenever I thought she can tell me more about it.
At the end of the interview you can see me looking straight to my friend while she recording me in my phone because I was worried if the sound and video quality will be good, which I was wright to worry because you can tell from the quality. I tried so hard to keep focused and think of follow up question so it want be just like integration.
Things that I did well were that I put my guest at ease by having some friendly chat before the interview start. I was good listener I never interrupt her while she talking. However there is a lot room for improvement in my interviewing skill, which I have to work on it.
maybe it me but I don’t like seen myself in videos or hearing my own voice, this is uncomfortable experience for me to be recarded but I am proud that I was able to fight my fear and do it .
